Returns Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at head2tailwaters@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  6. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange in your initial communication with our customer support team. Non-Returnable Items
